Blindside is the home of DON’T LOOK: a human record-curation service for people who want discovery without another recommendation loop.

Our Method

You tell us what you love, what you cannot stand, what is already on your shelf, and how adventurous to be. You choose a record budget and pay before we begin. Then we hunt for one album that belongs in your collection.

We source after the order exists. That means no warehouse of speculative mystery stock and no traditional subscription box. Just a limited number of thoughtful, made-to-order selections.

The Standard

Your record may be new or excellent-condition used. It might be an older pressing, an indie-label release, an interesting reissue, or an overlooked album that is simply exceptional. It will be inspected for acceptable playback and sent with a curator card explaining why we chose it, what to listen for, and where to go next.
